Underage Gambling

123loterias takes its responsibility for preventing minors from gambling seriously. Age limit warning messaging and symbols are displayed during the registration process and at multiple points across the site.

We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and to suspend their accounts until the necessary documents are provided.

Self exclusion

Self-Exclusion allows you to close your account for a specified period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days. This prevents you from accessing your account under any circumstances for your selected period of time.

How do I set a Self-Exclusion?

A self-exclusion can be set from the ‘Information’ section of ‘My Account’. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Service Team at soporte-la@123loterias.com to set up a self-exclusion on your behalf.

Once you have set a self-exclusion, if you have a withdrawable balance in your account balance, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for these funds to be returned to you.

Deposit Limits

Deposit limits allow you to limit the amount of money you can deposit into your account. The amount chosen can be over a daily, weekly or monthly period. The deposit limit will allow you to restrict the amount of money entering your account, before you gamble.

How do I set deposit limits?

Account Closure

A customer can request the closure of his/her account at any time. Please note that account closure is different to a Self-Exclusion or a Time-Out.

If you would like to request the closure of your account, you can contact our Customer Service Team via email and request the closure of your account.

After submitting a request to close your account, your account will be suspended as quickly as possible by, meaning that you will not be able to deposit, withdraw or place further bets. Our Customer Service Team will process the closure request.

If you have closed your account, and wish to reopen it, you can contact our Customer Service Team and request that your account be reopened. On receiving such a request, we will undertake a review of the account and will make a decision as to whether the account will be reopened. We reserve the right to keep an account closed.
